Growing a Business in Your Mum Era

Starting a business as a Mum can feel exciting… and overwhelming in equal measure.

Maybe you’ve got an idea you keep coming back to. Maybe you’re right at the beginning. Maybe you’re juggling nap times and nursery runs while wondering whether this could ever become something bigger.

This session is for you.

We’re joined by Laurie, Co-Founder of Freddie’s Farm, for an honest and down-to-earth conversation about building a business alongside family life.

Freddie’s Farm is a children’s snack company focused on providing parents with positive snack choices through their range of snacks made from 100% British grown fruit and veg. Freddies Farm is now stocked in Aldi, Sainsbury’sOcado and Amazon, after gaining national recognition on the TV show Aldi’s Next Big Thing but this conversation isn’t about polished headlines.

It’s about the reality behind building something from the ground up while raising young children. The juggle. The doubts. The ambition. The partnership. The learning along the way.

We’ll talk openly about what it means to grow an idea, navigate opportunities, and build something meaningful without losing sight of family life.

If you’re at the very start of your journey or simply curious about what might be possible – you’ll leave feeling reassured, inspired and clearer on your own next step.

With plenty of time for questions and conversation.

Because at Walking Mums, we know that motherhood doesn’t shrink your ambition – it just changes how you build ❤️

The session is being hosted by our brilliant partners David Lloyd, head into Reception and we will meet you 👉 David Lloyd Warrington, Cromwell Avenue South, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 1HH
