Description
Scenic Hike: Tegg’s Nose Country Park, Macclesfield
In preparation for this Junes charity Snowdon Hike we are undertaking a series of training hikes, this is the first (you don’t need to be doing Snowdon to join 🥰). This is a carrier hike, not suitable for prams.
As this is a training hike the plan will be to move at a steady pace, families with little walkers are of course welcome to join but we may have to split into two groups to enable the training group to train ❤️
Tegg’s Nose Country Park is a must-visit destination for walkers, with stunning views of the Peak District, rugged trails, and rich quarrying history, this scenic hike offers an unforgettable outdoor adventure. Whether you’re after a challenging climb or a peaceful countryside escape, Tegg’s Nose has something for everyone. The circular route is circa 2 miles.
🚻 Facilities – Toilets with baby changing facilities, and picnic areas available for a comfortable rest.
🅿️ Parking On-Site – Pay-and-display parking is available, with a free parking option nearby (details below).
