This visit has been requested by multiple Mums who have cited our new Perk Partners 🔗Little Explorers as their favourite play space – so it’s happening! A Walking Mums Takeover ❤️ and as it’s St George’s Day we’re welcoming fancy dress with a Princesses, Knights and Dragons theme 👸🐉

We just love role play spaces, so we’re so excited to visit this fab indoor play space and café in the heart of Urmston – perfect for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. The set up is imaginative play areas, a pre-walker sensory zone and plenty of space for little ones to explore while grown-ups enjoy coffee, snacks or lunch – so you can relax while the little people play!

Because getting out of the house with little ones can feel like a mission but with Walking Mums, you’re never doing it alone 💪

We know it can feel daunting visiting a play centre for the first time, especially on your own. That’s exactly why we created our takeovers, you’re not just turning up solo, you’re arriving with a group ready to welcome you in.

There “may” be a walk planned for this, update TBC.

Here’s what to expect:

✨ We will meet at Little Explorers, Urmston from 1pm (don’t worry if late – it happens!)
✨ Coffee and catch up time – enjoy a coffee, a snack, and a proper conversation with mums who just get it whilst little ones get to know one another and play

This isn’t just another play centre visit — it’s community, connection and a chance to enjoy your day a little more.

If this is your first encounter with Walking Mums, we are simply a (fast growing..!!) group of Mums from all over Cheshire, South Manchester, Merseyside and Salford ✨ who meet to walk, talk, connect and share info, ideas, problems and solutions 💪

We also run regular social meet ups like yoga, run club, craft nights as well as the odd personal growth events – we’re Mums supporting Mums to be the best we can be ⭐️
