Pennington Flash Sunday Family Walk

Everyone is welcome on our weekend family walks, a great opportunity to get Dads, Grandparents, Older children together to walk, talk, spend time in nature and get to experience what Walking Mums is all about. Our weekend walks are always designed to ensure older children are happy to join with interesting routes and play areas midway or at the end – and this one is no exception!

Pennington Flash walk, starting from the Marina where there is free parking  Postcode: WN7 4EZ takes you to the Marina itself the carparks are the other side of the crossing – there are 2 car parks, one on either side of the road. Just park up in one and we will meet at the crossing by the canal (it’s really straight forward – promise 😊)

The Walk from the Car Park to the Cafe at the Flash is 100% pram friendly but can be muddy, so don’t wear white 🙂 we will stop at the cafe for drinks and snacks, and there is a massive, brilliant play area for children to enjoy we’ll stay for around 45 mins then head back to the car park together.

If this is your first encounter with Walking Mums, we are simply a (ever growing..!!) group of Mums from all over Cheshire, South Manchester, Merseyside and Salford who meet to walk, talk, connect and share info, ideas, problems and solutions 

We also run regular social meet ups like yoga, run club, craft nights as well as the odd personal growth events – we’re Mums supporting Mums to be the best we can be

All you need to do to attend a walk is register and show up. We have a whatsapp group to join for last minute walk communication  here 

To note Walking Mums accepts responsibility for getting together a group of brilliant Mums and their little people, we will meet in a car park and go for a lovely walk ❤️

Joining fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your ticket may be gifted to another person but cannot be moved or transferred to another event.
