Picnic Brunch at The Roastery

One of the things Walking Mums loves doing the most is shining a light on incredible local businesses and creating extra special experiences for Mums to come together for.

We are so excited to welcome you to our newest brilliant find – Duda Coffee Roastery, near Arley Hall, Antrobus for our first ever Picnic Brunch ✨

The Duda Roastery is set in the most idillic surroundings, with fields, trees, ponds and event beehives on the grounds (please keep children close at all times!) when we discovered it we just could not wait to curate an event there ❤️

Duda Founder James has an incredible story, having spent 12 years in Brazil he returned recently to the family farm with his Brazilian wife and daughter (Duda ❤️) to open the roastery – bringing the best of Brazilian coffee to Cheshire and provide experiences for local people to taste the coffee and learn more about the process and its origins.

We will be hosted by James who will serve us coffees (or alternative hot drinks) and we’ll enjoy pastries together – hopefully in the beautiful garden if weather permits but if not we will turn the roastery into our indoor picnic space! 🙂 Yes this means sitting on the floor on picnic blankets whether inside or out 🥰

The ticket includes one hot drink and 1 pastry, additional coffees and drinks can be purchased. If you have additional children and require extra food please message hello@walkingmums.com to arrange.

Food and drink choice will be pre ordered prior to the event, at which point dietary preferences and allergies can be provided.

This event is aimed at Mums and little ones to come together, to meet, experience a new place and make memories!

A short walk through the grounds will take place after the Brunch.

This event will go ahead regardless of the weather, numbers will be restricted to ensure we can fit comfortably in the Roastery – with a picnic style floor set up 🥰

If this is your first encounter with Walking Mums, we are simply a (ever growing..!!) group of Mums from all over Cheshire, South Manchester, Merseyside and now Salford  who meet to walk, talk, connect and share info, ideas, problems and solutions 

We also run regular social meet ups like yoga, run club, craft nights as well as the odd personal growth events – we’re Mums supporting Mums to be the best we can be ✨

Joining fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your ticket may be gifted to another person but cannot be moved or transferred to another event.
