Quarry Bank Mill Weekend Family Walk

Description

This is of our favourite walks – great for prams (overlooking the mud), great for little ones and great for you. This is a beautiful walk through the grounds of the historic mill, following the the river Bollin, through the woods and into parkland.

This walk will be led by Walking Mum Rachael

The walk is an out and back walk towards Carrs Park and back, stopping at our Perk Partner 🔗Quarry Bank Mill for drinks and snacks at the end.

To Note there is no need for National Trust Membership and Parking is also FREE 😊 Address Quarry Bank, Styal Road, Styal, Wilmslow, SK9 4HP

⚠️ Please note the route is a woodland path with many expected obstrutions, branches, tree roots, etc. Its very well maintained but be vigilant and expect mud when it’s been raining.

⚠️ The route follows the river so please ensure little walkers are close at all times and stick to the paths.

If this is your first encounter with Walking Mums, we are simply a (ever growing..!!) group of Mums from all over Cheshire, South Manchester, Merseyside and now Salford  who meet to walk, talk, connect and share info, ideas, problems and solutions
