Salford Quays Walk

Description

Join us for this brand new walk starting from The Lowry Theatre and taking in an urban, scenic route around Salford Quays and Ship Canal, taking in the Blue Peter Garden, Imperial War Museum and other interesting sights along the way.

This walk will be led by our brilliant Walking Mums volunteer Rhian – thank you Rhian!! 🙏❤️

Completely pram friendly and totaling around 2 miles, to walk, talk and meet Mums a similar stage. This walk is also lovely for Tiny Trekker – little walkers (although you may walk at a slower place 🙂 as there are lots of lovely things to see on the way – including CBeebies characters.

Our coffee stop for the walk is TBC, anyone with the rest of the afternoon free can take the opportunity to look around the exhibitions, shop, etc.

If this is your first encounter with Walking Mums, we are simply a (ever growing..!!) group of Mums from all over Cheshire, South Manchester, Merseyside and Salford ✨ who meet to walk, talk, connect and share info, ideas, problems and solutions 💪

We also run regular social meet ups like yoga, run club, craft nights as well as the odd personal growth events – we’re Mums supporting Mums to be the best we can be ⭐️
