Another event we wanted to make happen is here! A Family Friendly Teddy Bears Picnic 🧸

This time we’re calling out to Grandparents to join us – not compulsory, only the Teddy Bear is essential 🥰 but we love it when Grandmas come along to Walking Mums with their Children and make it a multi generation event. So for the Teddy Bears picnic we’re inviting them to come along for FREE* ✨

Join us on 13th August at Walton Gardens in the Stretch Tent Teepee for a Teddy Bears Picnic with a difference starting with a Tiny Trekkers walk around the Gardens together before heading to the tent for interactive storytime and yoga! 🥰

We’re so excited to be welcoming Sarah from Story Sense who will be leading an interactive Teddy Bears Picnic story on one side of the tent and Anna from Harmony Children’s and Baby Yoga who will be leading a Teddy Bears Picnic themed Yoga on the other 🧘‍♀️

We will split the group into Walkers and Non Walkers with a session of each for both meaning no one misses out ✨

The idea is we provide the space, some entertainment and bring together an amazing group of Mums (and this time Grandparents too) with their little people, you bring picnic rugs and your food and drinks and just enjoy the time together.

This event is designed for Mums (and Grandparents) with children of all ages – we understand the challenges of filling the Summer Holidays with fun activities especially with multiple children! It’s much easier when we do it together, which is why Walking Mums has a jam packed schedule of Summer Fun planned across August 💪

After the event we will take away our own rubbish – please and thank you!! 🙏 And hopefully head down to the Park and Mini Zoo to enjoy the rest of the afternoon together in the Sun 🤞🤞🤞

* 1 Free Grandparent with each paying Mum, book as normal. A form will be sent the day before the event for additional names.
