Feel Stronger and more confident after baby with MumStrong, postpartum recovery sessions.
MumStrong sessions are led by a qualified, female Physio focused on rebuilding strength, confidence and postpartum energy and held at The MVM Room within SJC Physio.
When and where are the classes held?
Classes take place at SJC Physio in Lymm at 3:45-4:30 Monday and 11-12 Tuesday. More classess may be added due to popular demand.
Can I bring my baby to the class?
Yes, babies are welcome, and we encourage you to bring them along!
What activities will be done in the class?
Each session includes safe, guided exercises focusing on core strength, pelvic floor recovery, and gentle fitness routines tailored for postpartum needs, all the way through to strength and fitness sessions, it depends on YOU.
How long is each class?
Classes are typically 45 minutes – 1 hour to allow for effective workouts with time for guidance and social interaction.
Do I need any previous fitness experience?
No prior fitness experience is needed! The program is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises adapted to each individual’s recovery stage.
