Satya Sanctuary (Knutsford) is an inclusive wellbeing studio offering a diverse range of movement and mindfulness classes to suit all levels from Infrared Hot Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre to Trapeze Yoga, family sessions, meditation and baby-friendly classes.

With a warm, supportive community, it’s a beautiful space for mums to build strength, calm, connection and confidence through movement and mindful practice. Their expert teachers offer options and variations so everyone can join in at their own pace.
