Wriggly Wellness, founded by mum-of-two Rhiannon, is a children’s yoga group dedicated to nurturing physical and emotional well-being for young children and their families. Offering specialized children’s yoga, delightful parent-and-child yoga, and relaxing baby spa sessions, Wriggly Wellness blends movement, relaxation, and bonding into every class. To keep little ones engaged, most sessions also include a fun craft activity. It’s the perfect spot for a “mum date” – children enjoy yoga in a safe, welcoming environment while parents can relax with a brew in the Space Café downstairs.
